How to move paid members from another bot
If you already have paying members on another platform, you don't need to remove them or make them pay again. Kasa98 imports your member list with end dates: everyone keeps access until their date and renews through Kasa98.

Step by step
- Connect your channel to @Kasa98bot and set your plans and wallet (a couple of minutes).
- Export your member list from the old service: Telegram ID and subscription end date.
- In the bot open /myshops → "📥 Import" and send the list as text or a .csv/.txt file (up to 2,000 lines), one line per member: "ID date", for example "123456789 2026-12-31".
- The bot shows how many lines were accepted and how many had errors, and gives you a member link.
- Post that link in your channel: when a member taps it, the bot recognizes their subscription and end date.
Imported members who open the member link get the same reminders 3 days and 1 day before expiry and renew with one tap. Nobody is removed before their date.
Things to check
- Turn off automatic charges on the old platform so nobody pays twice.
- If some members only pay by card, keep the old platform for them: both can run side by side.

Questions
Will the bot remove members after the import?
No. Every imported member keeps access until their end date. Removal only happens after it and the grace period (1 day by default) if they don't renew.
What format does the list need?
One line per member: Telegram ID and end date (YYYY-MM-DD), separated by a space or comma. Send it as text or as a file.
